Establishment of Vietnam Halal Certification Agency (HALCERT) under Vietnam Certification Center
The agency operates under the legal regulations on Halal certification and complies with Islamic law
The decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Director of Vietnam Certification Center is responsible for implementing this decision.

Functions & Duties

The National Halal Certification Center (HALCERT) is a unit under the Conformity Certification Center, with its own seal, headquartered in Hanoi.
Advising on state management of Halal certification; researching and certifying products; implementing international cooperation and R&D in the Halal field.
